MomentumTech Corporation
Effective Date: October 1, 2025
All Customers, Members, and Consultants of MomentumTech Corporation ("MomentumTech," "the Company," "we," "our," or "us") agree to uphold the highest standards of integrity, professionalism, and compliance with this Agreement and all applicable laws.
All participants must comply with this Agreement, Company policies, and applicable laws and regulations.
All Consultants are expected to treat Customers, Members, other Consultants, and Company staff with courtesy, respect, and professionalism at all times.
MomentumTech's business model is built on genuine product & membership purchases and sales, not on the act of sponsoring others. Consultants must focus on providing real value through MomentumTech's products and services.
Consultants must not make any health, income, or performance claims that are not supported by official Company documentation.
Achieving success as a Consultant requires consistent effort and focus. There are no guaranteed commissions—only rewards based on measurable productivity. A thriving Consultant business depends on regular and repeat product & membership purchases and sales by both the Consultant and their team.
MomentumTech Customers, Members, and Consultants may participate in the Company's Commission Plan, which is available on the Company website. Commission plans are subject to change at the sole discretion of the Company.
Commissions are earned through qualified product & membership purchases and sales. No income is guaranteed. Any earnings examples, testimonials, or simulations are for illustrative and educational purposes only and should not be considered typical or expected results.
Consultants should not join MomentumTech expecting to earn income without sharing products or memberships. The Company does not promise spillover income or passive earnings simply by enrolling.
Commissions are paid only to those who qualify under the Commission Plan and comply with the Consultant Agreement. Success depends on consistent product & membership purchases and sales by you and your organization. No compensation is paid for recruiting; all commissions are derived solely from product & membership sales.
MomentumTech operates as a Not-for-Resale (NFR) organization. Your Customers purchase directly from your MomentumTech website, and you receive commissions on those transactions.
