Agreement & Policies

MomentumTech Corporation

Effective Date: October 1, 2025

1. Code of Conduct

All Customers, Members, and Consultants of MomentumTech Corporation ("MomentumTech," "the Company," "we," "our," or "us") agree to uphold the highest standards of integrity, professionalism, and compliance with this Agreement and all applicable laws.

  • Consultants must accurately represent MomentumTech's products, services, and Commission Plan.
  • Success in the Commission Plan is based on product & membership purchases and sales, not on recruiting.
  • Consultants must refrain from making any false or misleading claims about potential earnings, products, services, or business opportunities.
  • Consultants must respect and protect the privacy and data of all Customers and Members.
  • Consultants agree to operate their MomentumTech business ethically and in a way that reflects positively on the Company.

2. Customer, Member & Consultant Obligations

A. Compliance

All participants must comply with this Agreement, Company policies, and applicable laws and regulations.

B. Professionalism

All Consultants are expected to treat Customers, Members, other Consultants, and Company staff with courtesy, respect, and professionalism at all times.

C. Product & Membership Sales Focus

MomentumTech's business model is built on genuine product & membership purchases and sales, not on the act of sponsoring others. Consultants must focus on providing real value through MomentumTech's products and services.

D. Truthful Communications

Consultants must not make any health, income, or performance claims that are not supported by official Company documentation.

E. Retail Sales

Achieving success as a Consultant requires consistent effort and focus. There are no guaranteed commissions—only rewards based on measurable productivity. A thriving Consultant business depends on regular and repeat product & membership purchases and sales by both the Consultant and their team.

3. Commission Plan

MomentumTech Customers, Members, and Consultants may participate in the Company's Commission Plan, which is available on the Company website. Commission plans are subject to change at the sole discretion of the Company.

Commissions are earned through qualified product & membership purchases and sales. No income is guaranteed. Any earnings examples, testimonials, or simulations are for illustrative and educational purposes only and should not be considered typical or expected results.

Consultants should not join MomentumTech expecting to earn income without sharing products or memberships. The Company does not promise spillover income or passive earnings simply by enrolling.

Most participants earn less in commissions than they spend on their own products or memberships. While profit is possible, do not expect to earn a profit simply by joining. Training materials do not guarantee success. Never spend money you cannot afford to lose.

A. Earnings

Commissions are paid only to those who qualify under the Commission Plan and comply with the Consultant Agreement. Success depends on consistent product & membership purchases and sales by you and your organization. No compensation is paid for recruiting; all commissions are derived solely from product & membership sales.

4. Ordering Company Products

A. Inventory

MomentumTech operates as a Not-for-Resale (NFR) organization. Your Customers purchase directly from your MomentumTech website, and you receive commissions on those transactions. There is no requirement to purchase inventory. If you do purchase any product or service yourself, you affirm that it is for personal use only.

5. Returns, Refunds, Exchanges & Cancellations

MomentumTech follows the FTC Three-Day Cooling-Off Rule, allowing customers to cancel eligible purchases within three (3) business days of the original purchase date.

Except where required by law, all refunds, returns, exchanges, and cancellations must be requested within this 3-day period. No refunds are issued after this period.

6. Subscription Cancellations, Automated Reorders & Renewals

You may cancel upcoming monthly subscriptions, automated reorders, or renewals at any time before the next scheduled renewal date by:

  • Logging into your MomentumTech account, or
  • Contacting Customer Support by phone during regular business hours.
  • If you cancel by email, your written notice must be received at least two (2) business days before the next billing date to ensure processing.

❌ Subscription payments already processed are non-refundable unless cancelled within three (3) business days of the original transaction.

    F.Severability

If any provision of this Agreement is found to be invalid or unenforceable, the remaining provisions shall remain in full force and effect.

    G.Entire Agreement

This document, together with incorporated policies and the Commission Plan, constitutes the entire agreement between the Consultant and MomentumTech.

    H.Governing Law; Arbitration; Injunctive Relief

Any disputes shall be resolved by mandatory, final, binding, and non-appealable arbitration in Collin County, Texas, USA. The parties consent to exclusive venue in Collin County, Texas, for arbitration proceedings, as well as any actions to compel arbitration, confirm or vacate an award, or seek injunctive relief in support of arbitration.
